① From JR Shibuya Station New South Gate

If you are using the Yamanote Line, Saikyo Line, or Shonan-Shinjuku Line, the New South Gate is the most convenient exit.

1. 01 Exit JR Shibuya Station through the “New South Gate.”
2. 02 After exiting the ticket gate, head toward “Shibuya Stream.”
3. 03 Continue along the passageway and head toward the escalator in front of you.
4. 04 Take the escalator down to the lower floor.
5. 05 After getting off the escalator, turn right and continue.
6. 06 Continue straight through “Shibuya Stream,” passing the escalator along the way.
7. 07 Follow the direction of the arrow and take the elevator down to the 1st floor.
8. 08 Once you reach the 1st floor, continue straight, pass “Karaoke BanBan,” and head toward the pedestrian crossing.
9. 09 Cross the pedestrian crossing in front of you.
10. 10 After crossing, turn right and continue straight.
11. 11 After a short walk, you will see the “Nagasakido Building” on your left.
12. 12 Our clinic is located in the “Nagasakido Building.” Please take the elevator at the back of the building to the 7th floor.

② From the Tokyu Toyoko Line / Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line

1. 01Exit through the “Shibuya Hikarie 2 Gate.”
2. 02After exiting the ticket gate, proceed diagonally to the right toward Exit “C1-3.”
3. 03Continue along the passageway.
4. 04When you see the signs for C1, you will find an elevator on your right.
5. 05Take Elevator No. 31 and press the button for the 1st floor.
6. 06Proceed toward Shibuya Police Station.
7. 07Continue with Shibuya Police Station on your left.
8. 08Pass Shibuya Police Station and continue straight.
9. 09You will see “chocoZAP” on your left. Continue straight.
10. 10You will see the “Nagasakido Building” on your left.
11. 11This is the “Nagasakido Building.” Please take the elevator at the back of the building to the 7th floor.

③ From the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line

If you are using the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, please exit through the “Shibuya Scramble Square Gate.”

1. 01 After exiting the ticket gate, face “Shibuya Scramble Square,” turn left, and take the escalator down.
2. 02 After getting off the escalator, turn right immediately.
3. 03 Continue straight toward “Shibuya Stream.”
4. 04 At the end of the passageway, turn right.
5. 05 Turn left immediately and proceed toward “Shibuya Stream.”
6. 06 Continue straight toward “Shibuya Stream.”
7. 07 Continue straight through “Shibuya Stream.”
8. 08 Do not take the escalator along the way; continue straight.
9. 09 At the end, follow the direction of the arrow and take the elevator down to the 1st floor.
10. 10 Once you reach the 1st floor, continue straight, pass “Karaoke BanBan,” and head toward the pedestrian crossing.
11. 11 Cross the pedestrian crossing in front of you.
12. 12 After crossing, turn right and continue straight.
13. 13 After a short walk, you will see the “Nagasakido Building” on your left.
14. 14 Our clinic is located on the 7th floor of the “Nagasakido Building.” Please take the elevator at the back of the building to the 7th floor.

④ From the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line / Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line

1. 01Exit through the “Miyamasuzaka Central Gate.”
2. 02After exiting the ticket gate, proceed toward the Ginza Line, diagonally ahead on your left.
3. 03Continue straight toward Exit C1.
4. 04Continue along the passageway.
5. 05When you see the signs for C1, you will find an elevator on your right.
6. 06Take Elevator No. 31 and press the button for the 1st floor.
7. 07Proceed toward Shibuya Police Station.
8. 08Continue with Shibuya Police Station on your left.
9. 09Pass Shibuya Police Station and continue straight.
10. 10You will see “chocoZAP” on your left. Continue straight.
11. 11You will see the “Nagasakido Building” on your left.
12. 12This is the “Nagasakido Building.” Please take the elevator at the back of the building to the 7th floor.

⑤ By Car / Nearby Parking

Our clinic does not have a dedicated parking lot, and parking fees are not subsidized.
If you are visiting by car, please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot.
